Payment:
We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card and PayPal.

Prices:
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Taxes:
Prices of original artworks do not include applicable taxes. However, giclée prints have any applicable taxes included in the listed price.



Shipping:
Original artwork is shipped by a professional art shipping service that packs artwork in a secure supporting material and custom-made wooden crate to ensure safe delivery. They are a CFIA-Certified Wood Packaging Facility to comply with new requirements for export to the European Union. They look after all the details for shipments to Canada, United States and internationally, including brokerage (where applicable). Art work is fully insured.

Return Policy on original artworks:
All original artwork sales are final. Any artwork damaged in shipment will be covered by insurance, repaired or replaced, as applicable.

How Giclée Prints are Shipped & Priced

All prints are professionally packaged. We generally ship with Canada Post using Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel service. Other carriers such as UPS Ground Service or FedEx can be used on request (Please see below, “Expedited Shipping”).

Disclaimer:

Expedited Shipping:
We will gladly quote for the fastest shipping service available to most international destinations. Please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options and pricing with you.

Coverage for Loss or Damage:
All shipments are fully insured. We will replace any print that is damaged in shipment. Should your order be damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the time of delivery, otherwise the order shall be deemed inspected and accepted by you.



Return Policy/Satisfaction Guarantee:
We will accept for refund or replacement any print that you are not completely satisfied with providing the print is shipped back to us in its original packing material and container in perfect condition. Insurance of the return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. All prints must be returned within 7 days of receipt.



Notification of Shipping and Tracking the Order:

Once your order has been placed we will confirm receipt of the order and keep you informed as to the progress of your order. Then we will email you (or contact you by telephone, if email not applicable) when the order has been shipped with the expected date of arrival. If for any reason you do not receive correspondence, please contact us. 

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier service. The carrier will provide an estimate of delivery time at the time of shipping. If that date has passed or you have any other concerns about your order, please contact us and we will track your shipment.

Duties/Tariffs:
There are no duties to pay within North America on art. Internationally, whilst in our experience it rarely happens, depending on your local customs office you may be required to pay duties/tariffs, usually cash-on-delivery. Richard Menard (Dreaming Buddha Arts) has no control over or responsibility for this, and has no way of determining what your duties and tariffs may amount to. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
